Usually there is a 3 day time period in which the seller and buyer must be contacted. But if for some reason, the seller does not reply to your e-mail, then you can give them a call. If that doesn't work then we sincerely regret that the auction could not be completed. Then the worst case scenario is to leave the seller a bad comment in our Feedback area.
You can, but many users do not like sellers bidding on their own items. It means that you are not willing to sell your item at that price, and is not a good indication of a reliable seller.
If you have contacted the bidder and he has returned an e-mail saying that he is unable to complete the auction. Then you can view your items html in the previous auctions page. Then e-mail the next highest bidder to see if he or she is interested
If no bids have been placed, go to the auction item you wish to end early. On the left hand side is an icon "Seller add to Description" click on icon, enter your User Name and Password. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the "This auction has no bids. You have the option of deleting it if you wish." Click on the "Delete" button.
